Guaranteed Pricing

We guarantee all of our “extras” pricing in three ways:

• We agree a time-based rate for extra work with you when you first buy software from us. This rate is standardized for all of our customers and only rises in line with inflation each year.
• We always provide you with a detailed quote for work that you ask for in advance of the work being carried out.
• We do not charge extra for unexpected variations in the time taken to complete this work.

Further Development

A significant proportion of our current development work is based on people changing their systems and our existing customers tell us that our ability to extend their systems is one of their favourite aspects of the Enterprise 360 service.

We welcome changes to your existing system and based on the fair pricing system outlined above, we feel that our customisation service is second to none. Since we developed the environment in which your system was developed, we offer a quick and effective change service that does not put at risk system speed, security or data in your system.

Changes are covered by the same support commitments as your original system. They are usually delivered swiftly and automatically applied to your system as an update with no downtime for your team.

Training

We don’t get a lot of requests for training since our systems are easy to use and most teams find that internal training combined with occasional free calls to our support line are more than adequate for their staff.

However, if you do need training then we can provide experienced classroom trainers who can attend you on site to provide face to face training. We can also prepare training manuals and written system documentation on request.

Other Extras

Occasionally, we get requests to help with clients internal IT infrastructure, website design or other technical matters. As technical specialists, we can’t do everything but we can usually be a source of solid advice.

In these cases, we generally offer free basic advice and company recommendations to help you look for more in depth solutions from the right people.
